WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
In your role as an Account Manager, no day will be the same, but your activities will include:
1. Visiting sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand their needs, and listening to tailor solutions.
2. Demonstrating innovative products and state-of-the-art software on-site.
3. Developing ‘focus’ customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
4. Managing your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing the Salesforce CRM system.

The process involves three stages: an interview with a Regional Manager, a day-in-the-life 'field ride', and a final interview with a Sales Director. We cover travel expenses for in-person meetings.
