We are seeking Live Services Manager — an ambitious, commercially minded individual eager to grow their career by driving the success of our RaceControl subscription platform. This role is central to driving recurring revenues, improving customer lifetime value (CLV), and ensuring a best-in-class live service experience. You will develop and execute initiatives across pricing, packaging, retention, upsell, and live content programming to ensure subscribers see ongoing value in RaceControl. Key Responsibilities Drive Sales & Growth Develop and execute sales strategies to grow subscription revenues, average revenue per user (ARPU), and customer lifetime value (CLV). Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with marketing to convert leads into subscribers. Implement A/B testing and promotional campaigns to optimize conversions and upsells. Collaboration Analyse churn and engagement data to design retention and win-back programs. Collaborate with product and community teams to ensure regular, high-impact live content updates that keep subscribers engaged. Live Services Management Oversee RaceControl’s live content calendar, ensuring regular, high-value updates that keep subscribers engaged. Track engagement data to shape future live service priorities Insight-Led Strategy Own and report on all key subscription KPIs (growth, churn, engagement, ARPU). Translate data into actionable insights that inform pricing, packaging, and customer experience improvements. Build and track customer journeys to identify friction points and optimize conversion funnels. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with marketing on lifecycle campaigns and acquisition strategies. Work with the product team to ensure RaceControl delivers continual value and player satisfaction. Support finance with forecasting and revenue reporting. Core Skills & Experience Experience & Industry Knowledge 2–4 years of experience in sales, growth marketing, or live services — ideally within gaming, SaaS, or digital entertainment. Proven track record of managing subscriptions, driving retention, and optimizing monetization in live or digital service environments. Comfortable using subscription analytics, CRM platforms, and A/B testing tools to drive measurable results. Familiar with using game or product data to identify opportunities, craft narratives, and predict user behaviour. Experienced in working with marketing and development teams to keep products competitive and relevant in fast-moving markets. Commercial & Analytical Skills Strong commercial acumen with a focus on retention, monetization, and ARPU growth. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through data-driven strategies. Analytical mindset — able to translate insights into clear commercial actions and growth initiatives. Skilled at managing live service calendars and community engagement strategies that support revenue and retention goals.
