Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Hollesley Bay. HMP Hollesley Bay is a category D prison located in Woodbridge, Norfolk, housing around 460 patients who are working towards release. In this role you will work with an established Pharmacy team dispensing medication, delivering medication reviews and clinical screening across HMP Hollesley Bay and HMP Warren Hill.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. This position is full time, 37.5 hours across 5 days. Salary up to £55,941 per annum depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As the Clinical Pharmacist your responsibilities will vary. You will:
* Ensure the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high quality prison pharmaceutical service
* Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical matters and ensure a safe and modern medicines management service
* Lead a team of Pharmacy technicians

Qualifications & Experience
* Registered Pharmacist – holding registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
* Vocational Masters Degree in Pharmacy including pre-registration training
* Ideally at least 1 year of experience in a hospital setting (not essential)

Salary: £49,848 to £55,941 per year, up to £55,941 per annum depending on experience.
