ABOUT YOU
You’ll have a strong background in impact communications, leading integrated PR plans, building client relationships, and a proven track record of driving organic growth.
You must be able to demonstrate a keen interest in meaningful work that engages both mainstream and under-considered audiences.
As a Senior Consultant at Coldr, you’ll have a varied client portfolio and you’ll be the day-to-day lead for retained and project work, leading a small team and reporting to a Director.
Ultimately, you’ll be a well-connected leader with significant experience collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver insightful, integrated work that resonates with intended audiences.
HYBRID WORKING
This is a hybrid role, with team members working in our West London offices on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITiES
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
* Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships across all levels
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and target audiences to help them achieve their business and communications goals
* Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
STRATEGY, COMMUNICATIONS & LEADERSHIP
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, consistently driving impactful results
* Able to provide strategic counsel and advisory input across projects
* Skilled at building trust and motivating others
* Comfortable managing conflict, alignment, and expectations
* Strong commercial focus, with expertise in profitability, time management, and operational efficiency
* Skilled in developing strategic solutions while bringing fresh, creative, culturally fluent ideas that gain media coverage
* Confident and engaging presenter for client reviews, new business pitches, and networking opportunities
* Exceptional writing ability, with a track record in proposals and pitches
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
* Lead our marketing plan
* Network and build relationships with potential clients
* Identify opportunities to provide additional support for our clients
* Contribute to the agency's overall growth and revenue targets
TEAM LEADERSHIP
* Demonstrate a collaborative and high-performing team environment
* Inspire, mentor, coach and support junior team members
* Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE AND THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
* Represent the agency at industry events and conferences
SALARY
* To £60k, dependent on experience
* We are open to considering a 4-day work week, with salary adjusted accordingly.
