Aircraft Repair Design Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Repair Design Engineer to lead and deliver structural repair solutions for in-service aircraft. This is your chance to work on cutting-edge aerospace projects and make a real impact on safety and reliability. Inside IR35, Hybrid 60% On-site at Airbus Filton
What You'll Do
* Assess and resolve structural damage requests from global customers.
* Author and release Structural Repair Instructions for minor and major repairs.
* Provide expert technical support and innovative repair solutions.
* Liaise with customers and stakeholders to ensure timely, efficient service.
* Develop generic repair procedures to improve fleet performance.
* Engage with Design Organization to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
What you will bring to the role:
1. Strong knowledge of aircraft structures (composites).
2. Expertise in structural repair principles and materials.
3. Familiarity with Airbus drawings/specifications and NDT methods.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office; Airbus IT too...
