The Benugo brand stretches from our own award-winning high street stores to cafes and restaurants within some of the world’s best loved public spaces and visitor attraction.</p><p>Find out more about us at www.benugo.com</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are looking for an experienced Team Leader/Supervisor to join the team at Windsor Castle, Windsor, SL4 1NJ.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the team and demonstrate team spirit</li><li>Work within Benugo policies and procedures at all times</li><li>Support Benugo vision around People, Product, Customers, and Profitability</li><li>Demonstrate commitment to customer service excellence and deliver against Benugo service standard</li><li>Engage with the team in a collaborative and constructive manner</li><li>Communicate with your colleagues and peers in a professional manner at all times</li><li>Demonstrate a positive attitude to the customer, your job, and your colleagues at all times</li></ul><h3>Site Operations</h3><ul><li>Assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the shop and act as deputy in their absence</li><li>Organise the team on each shift and allocate duties as necessary</li><li>Train, support, and develop the team to deliver consistently excellent results, measuring their performance using the appropriate tools</li><li>Ensure availability of product and staff to required levels</li><li>Liaise with FOH and BOH team as necessary to ensure product excellence and availability, correct ordering, and stock control</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Benugo has built a culture of inclusivity & progression for all employees.
