You will guide CrossReach through a dynamic and evolving social care landscape, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, sustainable services that respond to the needs of individuals and communities across Scotland.
You will provide visible and authentic faith leadership, embedding the Christian ethos at the heart of culture, strategy and service delivery, while also ensuring strong financial stewardship and long-term organisational sustainability. A central part of your role will be to drive service excellence, maintaining a clear focus on quality, outcomes and continuous improvement.
