Your new role
I’m partnering with a well‑respected organisation in Norwich recognised for its strongmitment to inclusivity andmunity impact. They are seeking an experienced HR professional to join them on a 6‑month interim basis.
In this role, you will work closely with the wider HR team to support and deliver a range of people‑focused initiatives. Your responsibilities will include HR project delivery, managingplex employee relations cases, and ensuring policies remain aligned with evolving legislation. You will also play a key role in workforce planning and provide hands‑on support across HR systems and data processes to help enhance operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will bring:
1. Solid generalist HR experience with broad employment knowledge
2. A meticulous approach, with the ability to work accurately and discreetly
3. Strong analytical capability and confident problem‑solving skills
4. Resilience and sound judgement when handling sensitive matters
5. A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organisation
Start date: Ideally mid‑March
Working pattern: Hybrid model with 3 days on‑site per week, alongside flexible/part-time working options
