Overview
Graduate sales opportunity in Cambridge. Fully entry level, no previous experience required. The company develops digital tools to measure and understand how people’s brain function is working. These tests can support analysis of memory, attention, reaction time and decision-making and are typically used by doctors, researchers and pharmaceutical companies.
Responsibilities
* Sell products that support clients in improving brain function.
* As a Sales Development Representative, support the sales team by reaching out to prospective clients.
* Use a variety of methods (calls, emails, LinkedIn and other tools) to prospect for new business and book meetings for more senior team members.
* As you progress, have the opportunity to start sitting meetings yourself within the first year, with promotion consideration around the 12-month mark based on performance.
* Work in a hybrid setup (3 days in the Cambridge office and 2 days remote).
Requirements / Qualifications
* Entry level role with no prior sales experience required.
* Confident individual capable of relationship building, working toward targets, and demonstrating determination and resilience.
Package & Benefits
* £30,000 base salary & commission package
* 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
