About Medloop (position full time)
Medloop is a tech-enabled provider that leverages AI and deep API integrations to create clinical capacity in a strained NHS. We have raised funding from leading investors, and currently cover over 100k patients and are growing rapidly with the launch of new AI native products and services for automating the GP practice.
Your Tasks:
* Expand on our NHS footprint to bring Medloop to more primary and secondary care, prioritising high-yielding pathways
* Brain-storm commercialisation strategies with management including ways to leverage our resources, carving value propositions for employers and occupational health, prevention funds, insurers and other potential customers
* Own the sales funnel from lead generation to submission of tender proposals and RFPs and activation of contracts
* Identify partnership opportunities with other startups and providers that maximise synergies
* Inform the medical and product teams about key commercial drivers that guide payor decision making and how they can be reflected in product value proposition, and when conducting research and studies to publish clinical white papers
* Represent Medloop at fairs and other events to establish UK presence among stakeholders and potential clients
Essential Requirements
* 8+ years experience in partnership management, b2b sales or business development, ideally in occupational health, insurance and other private providers
* Past experience in scaling a fast-growing startup through partnerships is desired
* A strong network and relations with industry leaders in the private healthcare space
* High energy level and excitement to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
* Strong passion for digitisation of healthcare and belief in a preventative approach to care
* Able to communicate among all levels including pitches on C-Level
* Native-level English
