Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Housing Advisor for a housing association based in South Manchester. The role is interim initially 6 - 8 weeks, paying £19 - £21 per hour umbrella, and offers hybrid working opportunities after training.
The role :
* Assess Social Housing applications and assist with the allocation of homes to successful applicants
* Provide and deliver an efficient and effective administrative service and front line customer service across housing services
* Provide a front line housing management service, ensuring support to officers within the housing service teams
The person :
* Experience of working within social housing
* Able to deal with difficult customer queries / complaints and diffuse situations
* Excellent communication skills
