Role Overview
We are recruiting an experienced Service Lift Engineer (NVQ3 or equivalent) to cover a portfolio of units in the area. The successful candidate will:
* Carry out 100% of lift maintenance and service visits within your territory
* Respond proactively to lift breakdowns, aiming for first-time fixes
* Resolve long-standing faults, achieve zero defect insurance items, and maintain KPIs by reducing breakdowns
* Perform minor repairs to ensure continuous lift operation
* Build good relationships with customers on site
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3, J-Module, or equivalent
* Knowledge of various equipment types such as dock-levellers, goods and platform lifts, scissor lifts, and hydraulics
* Ability to apply lift engineering principles to maintenance and fault diagnosis
