This varied role combines office administration with hands-on stock and delivery tasks—ideal for someone who is organised, reliable, and enjoys a balance of desk-based and physical work. Key Responsibilities: Manage office administration, including calendars, meetings, and communications Schedule engineers and plan their daily routes Take ownership of day-to-day office operations, including facilities management and ordering supplies Oversee stock deliveries and maintain warehouse organisation Handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving deliveries Act as the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Strong administrative skills and experience with Microsoft Office Good communication skills and excellent organisational ability Physical fitness to carry out manual handling tasks A proactive, hands-on attitude and ability to multitask Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team Must live locally to the Croydon area
