Do you take pride in restoring vehicles to their best condition with precision and attention to detail? As a SMART Repair Technician, you will carry out high-quality repairs on minor vehicle damage, ensuring our customers receive the exceptional service and workmanship they expect from Lexus and Toyota. Working in our fully equipped, climate-controlled SMART repair facility, you will use your technical skills and experience to repair paintwork, bumpers, and minor body damage to the highest standards.

Highlights of what you will do
* Carry out SMART repairs on customer and used vehicle stock, including paintwork, bumper scuffs, and small dent removal
* Prepare vehicles for repair, including sanding, masking, and priming
* Mix and apply paints to match original finishes
* Maintain high productivity while meeting our strict quality standards
* Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
* Manage your own workload efficiently, meeting agreed deadlines and targets
* Keep your work area clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
* Support colleagues in the wider aftersales team when required
The job will be based in a stand-alone Body Repair Pod with full air-conditioning, Bluetooth speakers, reception / break area and large storage space.
You will need:
-Proven experience in SMART repair or automotive body repair
- Knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques
- Experience working to efficiency and productivity targets
- ATA accreditation desirable but not essential.

In return we offer a competitive salary of up to £45,000 OTE, per annum, bonus scheme, 23 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays (rising to 27 days with length of service), contributory pension scheme, staff discount on products and services, cycle to work scheme, employee and customer referral schemes, employee car purchase scheme, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, Healthcare Cash Plan and life assurance (last 4 subject to a qualifying period). You will also be provided with additional training to enhance your skills both at a site level and via manufacturer specific requirements.
