We have an exciting opportunity to join the Preston Driver team as a Driver Mentor
As a Driver Mentor you will contribute to the professional development of trainee and new drivers through mentoring and coaching to meet company and industry standards.
We Are Looking For Colleagues Who
* are Preston based drivers with at least 3 years driving experience.
* have a professional driving record with good safety of the line history
* can demonstrate good employee qualities such as reliability, punctuality and smart appearance
* have good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
* have a positive relationship with the local management team
