Youll be a brand ambassador whos ready to recommend our newest fashion items. Through remarkable service youll make sure our customers feel truly valued every time they shop with us.

Youll utilise our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience and ensure they get the products they want when they need them.

Responsibilities
* Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked with product
* Monitor and deliver on the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit to store
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
* We\ll give you the training to utilise all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time

Rates and Work Pattern
Rate of Pay: £12.60 per hour. Additional £3.00 per hour for any hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00.
Work Pattern: Thursday 05:00-09:00; Friday 06:00-10:00; Saturday 05:00-09:00.
Status
Christmas role; due to operational requirements, all successful candidates will be asked to work up to full time during the weeks commencing 14th and 21st December.
