What We Offer Our Sales Specialists
* 3 months guaranteed commission to support your start and induction
* Uncapped commission structure with no minimum targets and higher bandings for high performers
* £23,500 starting basic salary, with potential to increase based on volume and banding
* Average commission paid during annual leave
