Are you an experienced employment lawyer ready to move away from fee-earning while staying engaged in high-level legal work? You'll collaborate with senior lawyers on complex matters, shape internal guidance and precedents, and lead on training and knowledge‑sharing initiatives that enhance team capability and consistency.
