About the Company A growing business based in Dromore which operates throughout the UK and Ireland. Due to growth within the business they are needing to add to their existing finance team. About the Job Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for assisting with and executing the following duties... Run weekly and four weekly payroll in Sage 50, including data entry, auto enrolment, BACS payments and FPS Post payroll journals and make sure PAYE, NIC and VAT related entries are handled correctly Process multi currency purchase invoices, make supplier payments and manage all AP duties Manage customer accounts, allocate receipts, send statements and carry out AR tasks Complete daily multi currency bank reconciliations and post direct debits and other payments Prepare and submit VAT returns and support other statutory submissions Handle intercompany postings and reconciliations Provide general support to the Finance team as needed Your skills & experience Previous experience in a busy financial environment Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Dynamics 365 (Desirable) ATI Qualified (Desirable) For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career get in touch with Daryl Hunter at HireIQ in complete confidence.
