We have a great opportunity for an experienced Revenue Professional to join our growing company, Cheval Collection. With our evolving brands, Cheval Residences and Cheval Maison, and 11 luxury properties in London and Dubai, we are looking for a confident and passionate revenue professional with multi-property experience, and a strong background of revenue management to join our team as a Revenue and Distribution Manager .
Our Revenue and Distribution Manager will be responsible for ensuring consistency in pricing, channel management and implementation of new channels while actively contributing to revenue strategy, planning and tactical performance.
Reporting to the Head of Revenue & Distribution, this individual will lead and support the Revenue Managers across the collection to deliver business objectives.
For this role you must demonstrate excellent analytical and attention to detail, alongside the ability to drive a successful revenue and distribution strategy and embed a revenue focused culture across the group. You will work with colleagues who respect and value your contribution to the Companys success and share a positive, collaborative outlook.
As Revenue and Distribution Manager, some of your duties will include
To compile and execute strategies to maximise revenue across the group
Taking ownership of rate loading, inventory control and systems
Conducting regular audits of OTA and third party systems
Supporting the Revenue Managers across the group as required
Analysing trends and data with relevant interpretation
Maintain strong working relationships with key clients and top accounts

Have experience in a multi property revenue management role within a luxury hospitality business (hotels and/or apartments)
Are analytically minded with the ability to present data accordingly
Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Are very commercially minded and have the ability of looking at big picture
Enjoy connecting with people and building relationships
Have a positive attitude in everything you do
Possess strong communication skills at all levels
