Assembly Technicians - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Motherwell - £15.50 per hour - Mon to Thurs
Escape Recruitment Services are the preferred supplier for Volvo Construction Equipment and are delighted to be recruiting Assembly Technicians for their site in Motherwell. This 12-month fixed term contract offers the chance to work with a global leader in truck manufacturing.
The role involves:
* Assembling and securing truck parts using hand and power tools
* Operating grinders, hydraulic presses, and impact tools
* Quality checking parts and reporting any defects
* Following safety regulations and maintaining a clean working environment
Requirements:
* Manufacturing or heavy assembly experience
* Ability to read technical instructions and follow standard procedures
* Skilled with hand tools and power tools
* Team-oriented with strong communication skills
