Description Job Title: Advanced Associate, Programme Administrator – AGC (37.5 hours per week) Description: In this role, based at Worthy Down, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to Pearson TQ’s apprenticeship programmes, ensuring learner records, systems, and processes are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) offering a salary of £26,699. The role aligns with market titles such as Programme Administrator, Apprenticeship Administrator, Training Administrator, Learner Services Administrator, or Education Operations Coordinator, and plays a key role in supporting learner progression and delivering a high-quality customer experience across Pearson TQ’s apprenticeship provision. The Role: This role exists to ensure the smooth, accurate, and timely administration of apprenticeship programmes, enabling learners, coaches, and operational teams to focus on successful delivery and achievement. You’ll wake up knowing your work directly supports learner progression and programme compliance. In your first six months, your biggest impact will be building confidence in administrative processes, maintaining high-quality learner records, and becoming a trusted point of contact for apprenticeship-related queries. What You’ll Own Success in this role means apprenticeship administration is accurate, efficient, and consistently audit-ready. You will own: Administration of apprenticeship learner records, including starts, achievements, leavers, and certification Accurate maintenance of MIS and e-portfolio systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance Coordination of documentation, bookings, registrations, and reviews in line with contractual and regulatory requirements You’ll also contribute to: Learner inductions and formal reviews, supporting a positive learner experience Audit preparation, file management, and archive processes Effective stakeholder communication with learners, coaches, managers, and external contacts About You You bring strong administrative capability, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. You bring: Proven experience in a customer-facing administrative role Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Strong IT capability, including Microsoft Office and Excel for data reporting You’re someone who: Works accurately and methodically, even under pressure Communicates clearly and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders Takes ownership of tasks and follows through to completion Thrives in structured, process-driven environments Desirable: Experience using Maytas or other MIS and e-portfolio systems Knowledge of Ofsted and/or ESFA funding requirements Experience working for a training provider or awarding organisation What You’ll Get This role offers the opportunity to build a career in education operations and programme coordination.
