We're working with a leading property consultancy that is expanding its rural valuation presence across the South and East of England. As part of this growth, they're seeking an ambitious RICS Registered Valuer to join a well-established and highly respected team delivering a wide range of valuation work - from national portfolio instructions through to specialist tax and financial reporting.

You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality valuation advice across a diverse rural portfolio, including:
Handling a steady pipeline of taxation and specialist valuation workProviding valuation advice across a range of rural property typesSupporting business development both regionally and through wider networksCollaborating with marketing and research teams to strengthen market presenceContributing to complex, high-value instructions for private clients, public sector bodies, and national portfoliosAbout you
RICS Registered ValuerBackground in rural surveying or a closely related disciplineStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality client serviceComfortable managing multiple projects across regional and national instructionsA proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to contribute to a growing service lineCandidates from adjacent surveying disciplines looking to move into rural work are encouraged to apply.
