Subsea7 is looking for a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in cloud networking (Azure preferred) and practical experience with tools such as zScaler, Cisco/Meraki, LogicMonitor, and Fortinet, alongside a solid foundation in standard network technologies. What will you be doing? Design, implement, and maintain robust network solutions across on-premises and cloud environments, with a focus on Azure networking. Manage and optimise network security using technologies such as zScaler and Fortinet. Monitor network performance and reliability using LogicMonitor and other monitoring tools. Identify and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient network infrastructure. What experieence would we like you to have? Demonstrated experience in network engineering, with a focus on both on-premises and cloud (Azure preferred) environments. Proficient knowledge with zScaler, Cisco/Meraki, LogicMonitor, and Fortinet products. Comprehensive understanding of standard networking technologies (routing, switching, firewalls, WIFI, VPNs, etc.). Experience of voice technologies such as MS Teams, SIP, Ribbon SBC’s. Experience with network automation and scripting is desirable. Effective problem-solving techniques and the ability to engage with others in a changing environment.
