JOB TITLE: Paralegal Coordinator - Remote
LOCATION: Remote / WFH
HOURS: Full Time Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
DURATION: until August Initially
Duties to include:
1. Working with contracts and documents, processing them and uploading into internal databases.
2. Preparing formal documents and maintaining contracts.
3. Setting up records manually and within the internal database.
4. Providing information to other departments and partner organizations.
5. Issuing reminders and reviews to ensure timely decision-making in compliance with legal obligations.
6. Noting action dates from incoming communications and following departmental procedures for case file distribution and reminders.
7. Reviewing and negotiating NDAs.
Experience required:
* Ability to respond promptly to short-notice requests.
* Legal work experience.
* Experience reviewing and negotiating NDAs is highly desirable.
* Proficiency with Office systems, MS Teams, and ideally Ironclad (not essential).
* Strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
* Teamwork confidence.
* Proactive attitude, prioritization skills, and initiative-taking.
