2. 18.5 hours per hour

4. Part time, temporary for 3 months

What you'll need for this role:
6. To assist in the day-to-day operation of the Museum, including delivery of a museum service to the public and office administrative support.

7. 5 GCSEs to include English Language and Maths (grade C or above) or equivalent qualifications to demonstrate literacy and numeracy
8. 1 year’s experience assisting in a museum or heritage environment, including experience of delivering tours or workshops.
9. Experience providing administrative support within a customer service environment
10. Excellent communications skills
11. Confident use of databases and Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
12. A full current driving licence valid in the UK and access to a vehicle OR have access to a form of transport that enables you to carry out the duties of the post.
