We are working with a well-established and forward-thinking specialist contractor to assist them in hiring a Contracts Supervisor for their growing team in Aberdeen. With a strong presence across Scotland and a reputation for delivering high-quality works across a range of projects, our client continues to expand and is seeking an experienced professional to support the successful delivery of their contracts.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys managing site operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
As the Contracts Supervisor your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Supervising site teams and subcontractors across multiple projects
* Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations
* Liaising with clients, project managers, and internal teams to coordinate project activities
* Monitoring health and safety compliance and promoting a strong safety culture on site
* Managing site documentation, reporting, and progress updates
* Assisting with planning and resource allocation across ongoing contracts
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within construction, civil engineering, or a related sector
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A good understanding of site operations, health and safety, and project delivery
* The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
* Relevant industry qualifications or certifications would be advantageous
