What You’ll Do
As part of our engineering team, you’ll focus on maintaining and improving electrical systems across a 24/7 site. Your day-to-day will include:
* Rapid response to breakdowns on high-speed production lines
* Planned preventative maintenance using CMMS systems
* Diagnosing and repairing faults on motors, drives, PLCs, and control panels
* Supporting improvement projects and driving reliability
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (12-hour shifts: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)
Specialist Roles
We are also looking for individuals who will focus on the processing side of the business, with a slight emphasis on instrumentation and automation. Same shift pattern, same core requirements—just an extra layer of technical challenge for those who love working with sensors, control systems, and process automation.
