A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially-minded commercial litigator to join a leading Litigation, Regulatory & Compliance team based in Manchester. This role is ideal for a Senior Associate or Principal Associate (4+ PQE) looking to take their career to the next level, working alongside an industry-renowned team on a broad range of complex and high-value commercial disputes.
You will have the chance to work with a diverse and expanding client base, including FTSE-listed companies, global household names, and innovative start-ups, tackling a wide array of contentious matters. You’ll bring a solid grounding in commercial litigation, ideally with experience in managing complex disputes. While experience in technology or cross-border litigation is desirable, it’s not essential. What’s important is your ability to communicate confidently, enjoy client contact, and take a leadership role in matters.
