You’ll be joining a friendly and collaborative team, with hybrid working options available.Key Responsibilities:
* Handling a full range of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
* Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
* Contributing to the continued success and reputation of the department
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (more experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply)
* Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced non-qualified Conveyancer with a strong track record
* Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
