We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Labourer to join our growing team in High Ongar. This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking individual with strong practical skills and a solid background in construction or site work.
You will be working on a variety of residential and/or commercial projects, supporting tradespeople and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting skilled trades (carpenters, bricklayers, electricians, etc.)
2. General site preparation and clearance
3. Basic carpentry, groundwork, or brickwork (depending on experience)
4. Operating hand and power tools safely
5. Loading/unloading materials
6. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
7. Following site health & safety regulations
Requirements
8. Proven experience as a skilled labourer or similar role
9. Valid CSCS card
10. Good knowledge of construction site safety
11. Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment
