Role: Front of House Team
Salary: Up to £30k
Location: Knutsford / Cheshire (driving licence required)
We are recruiting a unique role to join an exceptional company and team in their Front of House department. This company strive to create the best workspace for their employees and this role will be part of their workspace team to help achieve this.
You will be a key team member contributing to creating a fantastic workspace operation and you will support in all areas of looking after the workspace, from employee engagement, to events, transport, cleaning, building maintenance and project tasks.
Who we are looking for;
You will ideally be from a Hospitality / Hotels or Workspace background and have a passion for customer service.
Have Excellent attention to detail and be Passionate about high standards and cleanliness and ensuring a safe working environment.
Be a great communicator and enjoy engaging with your team and other employees
Be able to drive a vehicle and be happy to support on the shuttle transport when needed.
Have a positive and can do attitude and enjoy working in this environment
You enjoy learning and developing and like a new challenge and you are happy to be flexible in your role.
. You enjoy contributing to a business, like to share your ideas, you have an open communication approach and like to collaborate with your team.
The role:
As part of the Front of House team your role will involve;

Delivering an exceptional workplace experience
cleanliness and standards -
Ensuring a well-maintained and welcoming work place for employees and visitors, this includes daily cleaning tasks around the building and ensuring a clean and tidy building.

Customer-facing operations
Being the first point of contact for employees and ensuring all needs are met.

Facilities and maintenance support
Assisting with building upkeep and managing of any maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and carrying out property inspections. .

Using technology effectively
Utilizing basic software such as email, Zoom, Excel, and Word.
?
Transporting employees
On occasion - transporting employee on a short shuttle run start or end of day.

Stock control and rotation
Ensuring all workplace supplies are well-stocked and maintained.

Supporting workplace events
Assisting in the organisation and execution of events such as employee parties, theme days, and recruitment events.

Workplace safety
and compliance
Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, onboarding new starters, fire safety, first aid, and COSHH compliance.
