Job Description
Production Operative positions available to work for a well-established and growing waste management company based in Leyland and Thornton. You do not require previous experience to apply.
These positions are available to start immediately and will lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Details
* Start dates: immediate.
* Pay: £12.60 per hour.
* Overtime: Monday to Saturday paid at £18.90 per hour for hours worked over 37.5 hours and £25.20 per hour on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
* Working days: Monday to Friday.
* Working Hours: 8am - 4pm for first weeks training and then weekly rotating 06:15 - 14:15 and 14:00 - 22:00 Mon - Fri shift pattern.
* Location: Leyland - PR26.
Job Role
* Perform on-site waste processing.
* Sorting waste from a conveyor that could cause blockages.
* Housekeeping and general cleaning of your work area.
* Manual handling.
* Providing hands on support as required for all business functions of waste processing operations.
* Maintaining health and safety around the site.
* Ability to work in an environment with odours, dust and dirt.
