Looking to grow your accounting career in a firm where progression isn’t just a buzzword? We’re on the hunt for an Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior to join a Top 20 accountancy practice that champions career growth, values client service, and makes work-life genuinely enjoyable.
As an Accounts/Audit Semi-Senior, you’ll:
* Prepare and finalise statutory accounts for filing with Companies House and HMRC
* Review VAT returns and handle online VAT/CT submissions
* Maintain accurate client records, checklists and documentation
* Build strong relationships with SME clients and advise them directly
* Assist with financial modelling, planning, and client reporting
You’ll likely be someone who:
* Is an ACCA student or part-qualified with 2+ years’ experience in practice
* Has solid experience preparing audit and accounts
* Is comfortable speaking with clients and offering tailored advice
* Brings strong Excel and financial analysis skills (Xero experience = a bonus!)
* Is hungry to learn, progress, and contribute to a growing practice
* Enjoys being part of a social, energetic and supportive team
