About the Role Are you a skilled Customer Service Leader who enjoys helping people and making things better? In this role, you’ll lead a small team and work with different departments like sales, operations, and supply chain. Your goal will be to improve the customer experience and help the business grow. What You’ll Do * Lead and support a small Customer Service team to provide great service. * Help with sales forecasting and planning so we meet customer needs. * Improve key areas like delivering on time and managing stock. * Create reports and scorecards to track how well we’re doing. * Build strong relationships with customers and keep communication clear and regular. * Work with Sales to manage processes like product trials and storage agreements. * Look for ways to make things easier and more efficient for customers. * Train teams on new systems and ways of working. * Set up dashboards to track performance and customer satisfaction. * Lead improvement projects to make the business better. * Make sure we follow all rules and standards. Who You’ll Work With * Senior Management – to make sure customer service supports business goals. * Sales, Supply Chain, Operations & Finance – to improve processes. * Project Teams – to lead and support customer service projects. * External Partners – to learn from the best in the industry. What We’re Looking For Skills and Experience * A degree is a plus. * Fluent in English. * Experience leading a customer service team, especially in a fast-paced environment. * Strong leadership and team-building skills. * Experience working with different types of customers and products. * Great at communicating and building strong relationships. * Experience in manufacturing is a bonus. Personal Qualities * Good at analyzing problems and finding solutions. * Proactive and ready to take on challenges. * Pays attention to detail and aims for high quality. * Can adapt to change and stay positive. * Cares about giving customers a great experience. What You’ll Get * 36 days of holiday (including bank holidays) * Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm * Competitive salary
