As a skilled Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive impression of our business. This office-based position involves ensuring the smooth running of our front desk, coordinating key administrative tasks, and maintaining exceptional service throughout the office.

In addition to traditional reception duties, you will contribute to managing meeting rooms, handling travel arrangements, and supporting various departments with general administrative tasks. This varied role offers a great opportunity to make a valuable contribution to different areas of the business, focusing on communication, organisation, and efficiency.

This position involves reporting to the Support Manager. Key responsibilities include:

* Managing incoming calls with professionalism and directing them to the right departments efficiently.
* Greeting visitors and customers, ensuring all security protocols are followed, working closely with the Security Controller to manage classified documents and maintain the classified registry (training provided).
* Acting as the primary point of contact for contractors requiring access to the site.
* Overseeing the setup, maintenance, and clearing of meeting rooms, coordinating lunch orders and deliveries as needed.
* Assisting employees with administrative tasks and managing daily mail distribution across the business.
* Handling enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Maintaining and managing stock levels of stationery and consumables, as well as other orders for the office.
* Supporting the Finance Team with inputting data into financial reports.
* Booking national and international travel and accommodation when required.
* Managing bookings for the company pool car and overseeing fuel card administration.
* Assisting with procurement processes as required.
