Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) Location: Manchester Pay Rates: Negotiable Our highly respected client is currently recruiting a Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to work at a new mental health centre in Manchester. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will deliver compassionate, recovery-focused mental health care to patients in a variety of outpatient and community settings. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe, effective, and therapeutic delivery of care while working within multi-disciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities of the Mental Health Nurse: Assessing, planning, and delivering high-quality nursing care to patients with complex mental health needs. Administering medication and monitoring treatment in line with clinical guidelines. Supporting recovery-focused care plans that promote independence and wellbeing. Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and agencies. Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in line with NMC standards. Requirements of the Mental Health Nurse: Current NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN). Previous experience working in inpatient or community mental health services. Strong communication, clinical, and risk assessment skills. Hourly rates around £24.41 average (Indeed) (£19-£33/hour depending on band)
