In this way we protect both the interests of the brand, their agencies and also the consumer, who with increased confidence about the fair operation of the promotion, would be more likely to participate.

Soon a day‑to‑day basis we are busy advising and influencing the development of clients’ promotions, judging competitions, running prize draws, implementing ‘Willy Wonka’ style instant wins and overseeing voting for major TV shows. Our client base includes Pepsi, Walkers, ASOS, Barclays, HTC, Pringles, Kellogg’s and over 200 more with a large part of work coming from projects run overseas – 50+ countries in 2017 alone.

Established in 2002, the company is based a 2‑minute walk from the underground in leafy Pinner, North London, about 25 minutes from Baker Street on the Metropolitan line.

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking to fill an important and challenging role.


Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to take overall responsibility for nurturing, developing, and expanding a portfolio of established client relationships. This is a senior, consultative, and highly client‑facing role, with a significant focus on driving growth within existing accounts through insight‑led, relationship‑driven business development.

Working closely with an Account Director, you will own senior client relationships, lead strategic conversations, and identify opportunities to deepen and broaden partnerships over time. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their wider business challenges and proactively shaping opportunities where our expertise and services can add value.

You will be supported by Client Relationship Managers, who manage day‑to‑day administration and operational coordination, and by specialist internal teams who deliver services across legal, operations, digital, promotions, and prize management.


Key Responsibilities


Senior Client Relationship Ownership

* Hold overall accountability for the strength, stability, and long‑term development of a portfolio of existing client relationships.
* Build trusted, senior‑level relationships with key client stakeholders, becoming a consistent and valued strategic partner.
* Act as the senior point of contact and escalation for complex, sensitive, or high‑impact matters.
* Ensure a consistent, high‑quality client experience across all engagements and touchpoints.


Strategic Account Growth & Business Development

* Take ownership of growth within established client accounts, identifying opportunities to expand scopes of work and strengthen long‑term partnerships.
* Develop and maintain clear account growth plans aligned to client business objectives, priorities, and challenges.
* Use insight‑led, consultative conversations to uncover unmet needs, future plans, and opportunities where additional services may be appropriate.
* Work in close partnership with the Account Director to shape commercial strategy and prioritise growth opportunities across accounts.
* Support the conversion of opportunities by shaping solutions, scopes, and value propositions, while Client Relationship Managers support administration and documentation.
* Maintain a strong understanding of each client’s structure, stakeholders, and decision‑making processes to enable effective, relationship‑driven business development.


Strategic Briefing & Advisory Support

* Lead early‑stage client conversations to help shape objectives, scope, and success criteria.
* Provide strategic input into how services are structured and positioned.
* Ensure briefs are clear, well considered, and appropriately scoped before handover to delivery teams.
* Work closely with Client Relationship Managers who support day‑to‑day coordination and administration.
* Collaborate with internal specialist teams to ensure strategic intent and client priorities remain clear.
* Provide guidance, coaching, and reassurance for Client Relationship Managers and other departments where needed.
* Ensure clear ownership, smooth handovers, and effective communication throughout the client journey.


Client Advocacy & Quality Oversight

* Represent the client internally, ensuring their needs, perspectives, and priorities are clearly articulated.
* Maintain senior oversight of quality, consistency, and client satisfaction across all work delivered.
* Proactively identify risks, challenges, or emerging issues that could impact the client relationship or future growth, and work collaboratively to address them.


Skills & Experience

* Significant experience in a senior client relationship, strategic account management, or consultancy‑style role.
* Demonstrated success in driving growth within existing client accounts through consultative, relationship‑led business development.
* Proven ability to build and sustain long‑term partnerships with senior client stakeholders.
* Strong commercial awareness combined with a thoughtful, client‑first approach.
* Confident, credible communicator comfortable leading strategic discussions at senior level.
* Experience working collaboratively across multi‑disciplinary teams.
* Calm, measured leadership style with the ability to provide clarity, direction, and reassurance.
