Business Development Manager – Dairy Focus Scotland, Dumfries & Galloway preferred - £45,000 DOE + Uncapped - OTE £15,000 -£20,000 realistic + Car + Benefits
The Job:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a leading provider of dairy technology, automation, and animal health solutions. This role focuses on developing business and managing existing accounts with dairy farms across Scotland.
The Company:
A market leader in specialist dairy systems and animal health technology, offering genetics-based products and cutting-edge livestock management solutions. Full CRM system with a database of prospective clients available.
The Candidate:
* Proven experience in dairy sales is essential.
* Background in genetics products a bonus.
* Excellent business development and account management skills.
* 3-5 years of industry experience required for higher salary bracket, but open to less experienced applicants with ambition and sales flair.
* Confident, proactive, and a great communicator.
The Package:
* £35,000 - £45,000 basic salary depending on experience.
* Uncapped OTE (£15k-£20k realistic).
* Company car and fuel card.
* Full benefits package.
* Typically 3-4 days on the road with 1 admin day.
