Job Description
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of client accounts, focusing on both media planning and end-to-end campaign management. Your role will involve close collaboration with clients to understand their business objectives and KPIs, as well as ensuring that all campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
* Client Relationship Management: Lead the day to day management of client campaigns, taking responsibility for day to day comms across a portfolio of advertisers
* Project Management: Coordinating cross-departmental teams to ensure all project tasks are completed on time.
* Process Management: Ensure adherence to 59A processes to guarantee efficient and effective project delivery.
Media Planning
* Data Strategy: Support the development of strategic solutions by compiling viable data sets and assisting in the creation of custom algorithms tailored to client needs.
* Media Plan Development: Create and develop comprehensive media plans, providing expert guidance and recommendations on channel tactics and formats.
* Digital Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of digital advertising, particularly in programmatic and social media channels.
* Measurement & Analytics: Understand and apply measurement methodologies to link KPIs to campaign effectiveness.
Campaign Management
* Campaign Setup: Oversee the setup of campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Coordinate with suppliers for seamless campaign activation.
* Campaign Management: Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to improve performance and meet client goals.
* Reporting & Analysis: Deliver detailed client reports, including insightful commentary and thorough post-campaign analysis (PCA).

* Experienced in utilising digital advertising platforms, especially programmatic DSPs and/or paid social media.
