PERMANENT ROLE - MONDAY TO FRIDAY - £43,195.00 PER ANNUM
Wincanton is recruiting a HGV Class 1 Lorry Driver to join our team at the Falkirk site. You will be driving a mix of crane vehicles, drawbar, and rigid crane vehicles.
* Permanent position
* £43,195.00 per annum
* Monday to Friday
* 48 hours per week
* Start times between 04:00 - 06:00
* 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays
How will you contribute?
* Deliver customer orders to building sites and homes, maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
* Operate crane vehicles and ensure daily vehicle maintenance and cleanliness.
* Prioritize health and safety, comply with customer requirements, and be punctual for on-time deliveries.
* Work various shifts, including day/night, with overtime and occasional weekends.
What will you bring?
* Valid C+E Class 1 licence
* Valid CPC
* Digital tachograph card
* No more than 6 points on your licence
* Experience with cranes/drawbars is desirable
* HIAB, Palfinger roll loader, fixed-mounted cranes, or brick grab experience is advantageous
* Excellent customer-facing skills
* Good timekeeping and ability to work independently
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible with a can-do attitude
* Good English communication and writing skills
* Good geographical knowledge
