Campervan Brewery is in an exciting phase of growth and innovation. From creating Extra Black, Scotland’s first Gluten Free Nitro Porter, to being named Scotland’s Small Brewery of the Year 2023, our journey continues to go from strength to strength. This year we were honoured with several major awards, Product Development Team of the Year, Excellence in Branding, a bronze for Leith Juice (Best Session Beer), and gold for Brunswick Black (Best Lager).
Following our recent expansion, we’re producing even higher‑quality beers in a more efficient and sustainable way and we’re now looking for a passionate Field Sales & Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team. This hands‑on, hybrid role combines external sales and relationship management with internal customer service and admin support, perfect for someone who enjoys variety, craft beer, and being part of a close‑knit, fast‑moving brewery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain relationships with existing trade accounts (on‑trade and off‑trade) across Scotland and the UK
* Identify and build new business opportunities with like‑minded partners
* Doorstep visits to new and existing clients to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities
* Represent Campervan Brewery at trade shows, festivals, and promotional events
Customer Service & Administration
* Manage and respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
* Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
* Support the sales and marketing teams with data entry, CRM updates, and reporting
* Coordinate logistics and order fulfilment, including webshop support and preparing orders for collection
* Manage weekly sales communications, including creating and sending a weekly trade mailer to customers
* Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and assist with inventory management
* Assist in organising events, meetings, and product launches
* Carry out ad‑hoc duties around the brewery to support day‑to‑day operations
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, account management, or customer service within the drinks or hospitality industry
* Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
* Excellent customer service mindset and attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work both independently and collaboratively in a small team
* Resilience, motivation, and ambition to help grow Campervan Brewery
* A genuine passion for craft beer, or the enthusiasm to learn more about it!
