Fire & Security Project Manager

Clymac's Project Manager's

Primarily responsible for managing the delivery of our Supply, Install and Commissioning works, you will be accountability for:

5. Manage multiple fire and security projects
6. Liaising with the client, end user and installers to ensure works are completed to a high standard and on time
7. Visiting project sites and monitoring progression
8. Completion and issue of certification
9. Ensure service level agreements are met
10. Ensuring margin expectation is met
11. Responsible for all P&l
12. Managing payment application processes/Work in progress (WIP)
13. Issuing payment notices & agreeing invoices
14. Attending final account meetings with clients
15. Procurement of subcontractors
16. Day to day management of subcontractors & commissioning teams
17. Accountable for each project as a whole

Who We're Looking For

18. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Fire & Security industry
19. Strong knowledge of fire and security system technologies and installations
20. Excellent organizational and time management skills
21. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
22. Strong leadership and communication skills
23. Proficient in project management tools and software
24. Relevant industry certifications, such as PRINCE2 or PMP, would be advantageous
25. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
