Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. You will be required to hold a relevant childcare qualification, such as an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education, and have experience working in a nursery setting. A passion for providing high-quality care and education, combined with a flexible and adaptable approach, is essential.
