I’m currently recruiting for a senior commercial leader to head up the Retail Trade & Independents division for a growing business. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving revenue growth, developing high‑performing sales teams, and expanding both UK and international markets.
Key responsibilities
* Leading and developing field sales and trade account management teams
* Setting and delivering the strategic direction for the Trade & Independents division
* Driving revenue growth across existing accounts and new business channels
* Expanding market presence across UK and export markets
* Building strong executive‑level client relationships
* Owning divisional performance, KPIs, forecasting and budgets
* Monitoring market trends and identifying growth opportunities
