Hours: 36 hours per week Location: Main Campus, Isleworth (with weekly presence at Skills & Logistics Centre, Feltham) Responsible to: Principal
Salary: £86,000 per annum
About the Role
I am recruiting for an exceptional Executive Director to provide strategic leadership across key operational and developmental areas of the College. This is a pivotal role, shaping the future of their campuses and ensuring that their services align with the College’s mission and values.
You will lead Estates, Health & Safety, IT Services & Cybersecurity, Sustainability, Marketing, Security, Commercial Lettings, and hold strategic responsibility for the Skills and Logistics Centre. Your leadership will ensure compliance, innovation, and excellence across all functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive strategic planning and delivery for Estates, IT, Health & Safety, Sustainability, Marketing, and Business Continuity.
* Lead the development and integration of the Skills & Logistics Centre within the College’s overall strategy.
* Oversee major capital projects, procurement, and key contracts to ensure value for money.
* Champion a customer-focused culture across all managed services.
* Ensure robust compliance with legislation, cybersecurity, and audit requirements.
* Develop and implement strategies for sustainability, energy efficiency, and progress towards Net Zero.
* Represent the College at a strategic level, deputising for the Principal when required.
* Provide leadership for workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning within your teams.

Essential Criteria
* Degree (or equivalent) plus 5+ years senior leadership experience
* Proven ability to develop and deliver strategies in IT, Estates, Health & Safety, Marketing, and Sustainability
* Strong track record in corporate decision-making, financial management, and change leadership
* Excellent communication and project management skills, able to deliver complex outcomes to deadlines
