Job Description
We are currently looking to expand our friendly and successful Hyundai Aftersales team within our award-winning family business. Reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager, you will serve as a liaison between customers and the Aftersales department, communicating vehicle problems, repair timelines, and supporting the retail parts department. Your duties will include:
1. Communicating with customers regarding vehicle problems and warranty issues.
2. Maintaining positive relationships to encourage repeat business.
3. Answering customer inquiries about services and repair timelines.
4. Displaying extensive knowledge of products and services.
5. Managing time effectively to ensure timely vehicle completion and accurate documentation of services and costs.
6. Using various communication methods to schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pickups.
7. Communicating with technicians about vehicle statuses and parts availability.
8. Supporting customers by conveying vehicle repair needs to the service department.
9. Liaising with technicians to ensure essential parts are ordered and available.
10. Processing customer payments.
11. Assisting in the daily operations of the retail parts department.
Previous motor trade experience is preferable. Candidates must possess excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills, along with a valid UK driving licence.
