As Chair of our board, you will work closely with our Chief Executive and fellow trustees towards shaping the future direction of our organisation, ensuring effective governance, long-term sustainability and the continued impact of Red2Green. You will help us achieve our purpose to provide a high-quality service that supports those with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

Previous experience as a trustee or chair is a must. What will you be doing?
We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to lead our Red2Green Board of Trustees as Chair. We are seeking someone with strategic vision, strong leadership and who is committed to our organisation's values. Our current Chair of Trustees is stepping down at our AGM on the 26th September 2025, therefore we are looking for someone who can work alongside her to gain the necessary knowledge to take over after the AGM. You may have a particular motivation for wanting to work with a disability charity, or you may just want to give something to the community. We don't mind. Our experience tells us that once you join Red2Green you won't want to leave. We offer the option of 'hybrid' board meetings so the work can be undertaken remotely, although we would like you to be able to visit our barns occasionally.
