Our approach is about locality working, multi disciplinary and multi agency teams that support the whole family. Building strong partnerships with local services, Health, Police and Education. We have co-located professionals in the team, PCSO, NHS Nurse who will be joining us shortly.
As a practitioner, you will also have the additional support from our systemic intervention service and our internal parenting assessment team - so that you have the capacity to directly work with children and their families.

About the Role:
We are recruiting for the role of a Social Worker Warwick on a full time/permanent basis.
The Family Help team are based at Myton Park, Warwick.
As part of the market supplement:
Experienced Social Worker positions (K, L, N). Up to £51,726.00 per annum (Includes a £3,500 pro-rated market supplement which is subject to pension, tax and NI deductions Ts&Cs apply). Plus, Relocation Allowance up to £8,000 may be available from 1st April 2026 if the relevant policy criteria are met. Ts&Cs apply).

Key Requirements:
Working hours – 37 hrs per week, with agile and flexible working options generally worked from 9am till 5.30 pm Monday – Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Fridays.
Applicants for the role will need a professional Social Work qualification and Social Work England Registration.
5. Professional Social Work qualification (MA/BA/BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or Certificate of Qualification in Social Work (CQSW)
6. In depth experience in children's social work and experience of complex cases
7. Have excellent analytical skills with ability to make well informed decisions
8. Can record and produce concise, effective, and accurate reports
9. Have good communication skills with the ability to build relationships, engage with children and families
