If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant to support the Director/Deputy Director within the National FCRM Directorate. You’ll play a vital role in supporting strategic delivery at the heart of our organisation.
Responsibilities
* Manage the diary, arrange travel/accommodation and coordinate meetings.
* Support inbox management – monitor and prioritise emails, flag urgent items, and draft responses where appropriate for internal and external stakeholders.
* Support administrative duties including expenses, SOP and MyLeave.
* Collate agendas, briefing papers and presentations for meetings; record and distribute meeting notes and action points.
* Maintain and organise files and records, including SharePoint.
* Assist with purchase orders and manage expenses.
* Support planning and logistics for workshops, conferences or team events.
Qualifications
* Highly organised and digitally confident.
* Confident communicator who builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Adaptable, calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
